INTRODUTION OF NEW BHAVNAGAR –SURENDRANAGAR- DELHI SARAI ROHILLA WEEKLY LINK EXPRESS TRAIN


Ministry of Railways has decided to introduce new train 59272/19579 Bhavnagar – Surendranagar- Delhi Sarai Rohilla Link express which was announced earlier in Railway Budget.

Shri Suresh Prabhu Hon’ble Minister of Railways will flag off the Inaugural run of Bhavnagar – Surendranagar- Delhi Sarai Rohilla Weekly Link Express train o­n Thursday, 12thFebruary, 2015 by remote from New Delhi. The inaugural run of the train Bhavnagar – Surendranagar- Delhi Sarai Rohilla Weekly Link Express will be run as special Train No.09579 Bhavnagar – Surendranagar- Delhi Sarai Rohilla Link Express ex Bhavnagar at 14.30 hrs which will reach Surendranagar at 18.20 hrs the same day. Train no 19579 Rajkot- Delhi Sarai Rohilla express will be rescheduled o­n Thursday, 12th February, 2015 and will depart at 16.20hrs Ex Rajkot.

·Bhavnagar – Surendranagar-Delhi Sarai Rohilla Weekly Link Express

In its regular run Train No 59272/19579 BhavnagarSurendranagar- Delhi Sarai Rohilla Weekly Link Express train will depart from Bhavnagar at 08.40 hrs o­n every Thursday and reach Surendranagar at 12.25 hrs o­n same day and will reach Delhi Sarai Rohilla at 10.15hrs the next day.

Similarly, in return direction, Train No 19580/59233 Delhi Sarai Rohilla – Surendranagar- Bhavnagar Weekly Link Express train will depart from Delhi Sarai Rohilla at 13.10 hrs o­n every Friday and will reach Surendranagar 08.30 hrs and will reach Bhavnagar at 13.35 hrs the next day.

The train will halt at Bhavnagar Para, Vartej, Sihor Jn., Songadh, Sanosara, Dhola Jn., Ujalvav, Alampur, Ningala, Botad Jn., Ranpur, Chuda, Limbdi, Wadhwan City, Joravarnagar, Surendranagar Gate, Surendranagar, Viramgam Jn., Mahesana Jn., Palanpur Jn., Abu Road, Sirohi Road, Falna, Marwar Jn., Beawar, Ajmer Jn., Kishangarh, Phulera Jn., Jaipur, Gandhinagar Jaipur, Dausa, Bandikui Jn., Alwar, Khairthal, Rewari, Gurgaon and Delhi Cantt stations in both the directions. In return direction train no 19580/59233 Delhi Sarai Rohilla – Surendranagar- Bhavnagar Weekly Link Express will also halt at Lathidad and Khodiyar Mandir station.

One AC III Tier and Three Second Class Sleeper coaches running between Bhavnagar- Delhi Sarai Rohilla will be detached from 59272 Bhavnagar- Surendranagar Fast passenger and will be attached to 19579 Rajkot - Delhi Sarai Rohilla express at Surendranagar. Similarly, in return direction o­ne AC III Tier and Three Second Class Sleeper coaches will be detached from 19580 Delhi Sarai Rohilla express at Surendranagar Jn. and will run in 59233 Surendranagar- Bhavnagar Fast Passenger.

The train 19579 Bhavnagar –Delhi Sarai Rohilla Link express will have AC III Tier and Second Class Sleeper coaches and after clubbing at Surendranagar with train 19579 Rajkot- Delhi Sarai Rohilla express it will run with AC II Tier, AC III Tier, Second Class Sleeper and Second Class General Coaches.

The booking of inaugural train No.09579 and regular run Train No 59272/19579 will be opened from Wednesday, 11thFebruary, 2015, at all Passenger Reservation counters.
