General Managers Meeting with General Public / Staff

If  a  complainant   is   not   satisfied    with    automated    Grievance    Redressal   Mechanism     (CPGRAMS-http://pgportal.gov.in      &     COMS - http://www.coms.indianrailways.gov.in or SMS on 9717630982) or meeting with other Officers (PHOD/HOD at HQ level, DRM/Branch Officers at Division level) he can seek redressal at the level of General Manager.

General Manager will meet the customers / public / staff on every Monday (Working day) from 17:00 Hrs to 18:00 Hrs.

Process to be followed by customer/Public for meeting the General Manager

· Please email your grievance details todpgwr@wr.railnet.gov.inand fix up date / time.

· You can also meet Chief Office Superintendent  (Public Grievances) in the office  of Secretary (Public Grievances)

Process to be followed by staff for meeting the General Manager

·   Please contact the Office Superintendent (Welfare) in the office of Dy. Chief Personnel Officer (W) along with the copy and previous correspondence of complaint in the same building o­ne hour before the scheduled timings on the nominated day of meeting.
