Information regarding these Divisions is available on website www.wr.indianrail.gov.in. Any further information required by any person can be obtained after payment of prescribed fees which are as follows :-
(a) Application fee for information under sub-sec.(1) of Sec.6 is Rs.10/-
(b) for information under sub-sec (1) of Sec.7 is:-
(i) Rs.2/- for each page (A4/A3 size) created or copied;
(ii) actual charge or cost price of a copy in larger size paper;
(iii) actual cost or price for samples or models;
(iv) for inspection of records, no fees for the first hour; and a fee of Rs.5/- for each subsequent hour ( or fraction thereof ).
(c) for information under sub-sec (5) of Sec.7is:-
(i) Rs.50/- for information on diskette or floppy;
(ii) actual price fixed for information provided in printed form or Rs. 2/- per page of photo copy for extracts from the publication.
The fees can be paid either in cash at the Booking window of any Railway station or Cash Office or in the form of Demand Draft / Banker's Cheque or Indian Postal Order in favour of the Chief Cashier – Western Railway.
