  •            The procedure/norms followed in the decision-making process including channels of supervision and accountability for the discharge of functions are as per the provision contained in various codes and manuals.
  •        The general procedural instructions are reiterated or issued from time to time.

  •           No specific consultant is available for the execution of duties of the Mechanical department.
  •       Public interference comes under the privilege of the Commercial Department of Railways.

  • No such boards, councils, or committees are formed in the Mechanical Department of Western Railway.

  •            It is decided by the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Railways, and Pay Commissions for specified grades of all Railway personnel.
