General Manager will meet the general public / staff on every Monday (Working day) from 17:00 Hrs to 18:00 Hrs.
Process to be followed by General Public for meeting the General Manager
· Please email your grievance details to email@example.com and fix up date / time.
· You can also meet Complaint Inspector (Public Grievances) in the office of Secretary (Public Grievances)

Process to be followed by staff for meeting the General Manager
· Please contact the Office Superintendent (Welfare) in the office of Dy. Chief Personnel Officer (W) along with the copy and previous correspondence of complaint one hour before the scheduled timings on the nominated day of meeting.
