WESTERN RAILWAY TO RUN SUPERFAST SPECIAL TRAIN

BETWEEN BANDRA TERMINUS – BARMER

EXTENSION OF TRIPS OFBANDRA TERMINUS - JABALPUR SUPERFAST SPECIAL TRAIN

For the convenience of passengers and with a view to meet the travel demand, Western Railway will run Superfast Special Train between Bandra Terminus – Barmer. Also, the trips of Bandra Terminus – Jabalpur has being extended o­n the existing days of run, timings, halts, composition, etc. These train will run o­n Special fare.

According to a press release issued by Shri Sumit Thakur – Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway, details of these trains are as under:

 

1.Train No. 09039 / 09040 Bandra Terminus - Barmer Superfast Special (16 Trips)

 

Train No. 09039 Bandra Terminus - Barmer Special will depart from Bandra Terminus every Wednesday at 23.55 hrs. & will reach Barmer at 17.55 hrs, the next day. This train will run from 8th November, 2023 to 27th December, 2023. Similarly, Train No. 09040 Barmer – Bandra Terminus Special will depart from Barmer every Thursday at 22.50 hrs, & will arrive Bandra Terminus at 15.50 hrs, the next day. This train will run from 9th November, 2023 to 28th December, 2023.

 

Enroute this train will halt at Borivali, Vapi, Valsad, Surat, Ankleshwar, Vadodara, Anand, Nadiad, Ahmedabad, Mahesana, Patan, Bhildi, Raniwara, Marwar Bhinmal, Modran, Jalor, Mokalsar, Samdari, Balotra and Baytu stations in both direction.

This train comprises of AC 3 – Tier and Sleeper Class coaches.

2.Train No. 02133/02134 Bandra Terminus – Jabalpur Superfast Special

Train No. 02133 Bandra Terminus – Jabalpur SF Special will leave Bandra Terminusevery Saturday at 17.15hrs and will reach Jabalpur at 15.10hrs, the next day. This train which was earlier notified up to 25th November, 2023has now been extended up to 30th December, 2023. Similarly, Train No. 02134 Jabalpur – Bandra Terminus SF Special will leave Jabalpurevery Friday at 17.00hrs and will reach Bandra Terminus at 14.10hrs, the next day.This train which was earlier notified up to 24th November, 2023 has now been extended up to 29th December, 2023.

Enroute, this train will haltat Borivali, Vapi, Surat, Vadodara, Ratlam, Ujjain, Sant Hirdaram Nagar, Bhopal, Narmadapuram, Itarsi, Pipariya and Narsinghpur stations in both directions.

The train comprises of AC First class, AC 2-Tier, AC 3-Tier, Sleeper Class and General Second Class coaches. 

The booking for Train No. 09039 & 02133 will open from 3rd November, 2023 at all PRS Counters and o­n IRCTC website. The above trains will run as Special Train o­n Special Fare.
