Ministry of Railways has decide to grant 50 % concession in Second
/Sleeper class as a special case to delegates with earning /emoluments not more than Rs. 5000/- per month, for attending the Annual Summit organized by Gandhi Global Family to be held at Bhubaneswar from 30th to 31st January, 2013.
This concession is admissible only in normal train services and not for booking of Special Trains/ Coaches. The concessional return journey tickets may be issued on payment of one single journey Second/ Sleeper class Mail/ Express fares, to persons travelling more than 300 kms from journey commencing station to Bhubaneshwar on production of requisite certificate from the Secretary of the above mentioned Organization.
