To carry out maintenance work of track, signalling & overhead equipments, a five hours jumbo block will be taken between Santacruz and Goregaon stations from 10.35 hrs to 15.35 hrs on Sunday i.e 8th May, 2011 on Up & Down slow lines. During the period, all Up & Down slow line trains will run on through (i.e. fast) lines between Santacruz and Goregaon stations. All Up and Down 12 car slow services will take double halt at Vile Parle station Platform No.3/4 on the through lines ie fast lines for want of platform. Due to the block some suburban services will remain cancelled.
