HEAVY RAINFALL & WATER LOGGING IN GUJARAT AFFECTS RAILWAY TRAFFIC

SOME TRAINS HAVE BEEN CANCELLED/ SHORT - TERMINATED/

 PARTIALLY CANCELLED/ /DIVERTED

       The heavy rainfall experienced in Gujarat and the water released from Machhu dam has resulted in water logging at various parts of the state, causing washout of tracks in certain sections, thereby causing some W.Rly trains to be cancelled/diverted/partial cancelled /short terminated, as follows:-

Cancelled Trains:

1.Train No 19115 Dadar  –  Bhuj  Express of 30thJuly, 2017

2.Train No. 12490 Dadar – Bikaner Express of 30th July, 2017

3.Train No 19116 Bhuj – Dadar Express of 29th July, 2017

4.Train No. 12489 Bikaner – Dadar Express of 29th July, 2017

5.Train No. 14804 Ahmedabad – Bhagat Ki Kothi Express of 28th July, 2017

6.Train No. 22484 Gandhidham - Jodhpur Express of 29th July, 2017

7.Train No. 22483 Jodhpur – Gandhidham Express of 28th July, 2017

8.Train No. 14803 Bhagat Ki Kothi – Ahmedabad Express of 28th July, 2017

9.Train No. 54804 Ahmedabad – Jodhpur Passenger of 29th & 30th July, 2017

10.Train No. 52911 Ranuj – Ahmedabad   Passenger of 28th July, 2017

Short-terminated / Partially Cancelled Trains :

1.Train No. 22903 Bandra (T) – Bhuj Express of 28th July, 2017  will  be  short terminated at Ahmedabad  and  will be reversed  as Train No. 22904 Bhuj – Bandra (T) Express o­n 29th July, 2017. Hence Train No. 22903 / 22904 Bandra (T) – Bhuj- Bandra (T) will remain cancelled between Ahmedabad – BHUJ – Ahmedabad.

2.Train No. 74841 Jodhpur – Bhildi DEMU of 28th July, 2017 short terminated at Marwar Bhinmal and will remain cancelled between Marwar Bhinmal – Bhildi.

3.Train No. 74842 Bhildi – Jodhpur DEMU of 28th July, 2017 will originate from Marwar Bhinmal and will be partially cancelled between Bhildi – Marwar Bhinmal.

4.Train No. 74837 Jodhpur – Palanpur DEMU of 28th July, 2017 short terminated at Marwar Bhinmal and will remain cancelled between Marwar Bhinmal – Palanpur.

5.Train No. 74838 Palanpur – Jodhpur DEMU of 29th July, 2017 will originate from Marwar Bhinmal and will be partially cancelled between Palanpur – Marwar Bhinmal.

6.Train No. 15269 Muzaffarpur – Ahmedabad Jansadharan Express of 27th July, 2017 arriving Ahmedabad o­n 29th July, 2017 will  be  short terminated at Ajmer and will be reversed  as Train No. 15270 from Ajmer o­n its proper path. Hence Train No. 15269 / 15270 Muzaffarpur – Ahmedabad – Muzaffarpur Jansadharan Express will remain cancelled between Ajmer-Ahmedabad- Ajmer.

Diversion of Train:

1.Train No.22955 Bandra Terminus – Bhuj Express of 30th July, 2017 will run o­n diverted route via Palanpur – Samakhiali Jn.

2.Train No.22956 Bhuj – Bandra Terminus Express of 30th July, 2017 will run o­n diverted route via Samakhiali Jn. - Palanpur.

3.Train No. 12937 Gandhidham – Howrah Garbha Express of 29th July, 2017 will run o­n diverted route via Samakhiali Jn. - Palanpur.

4.Train No. 18502 Gandhidham – Visakhapatnam Express of 30th July, 2017 will run o­n diverted route via Samakhiali Jn. - Palanpur.

5.Train no. 14311 Bareilly – Bhuj Express of 29th July, 2017 will run o­n diverted route via Palanpur – Bhildi.

6.Train No. 15667 Gandhidham – Kamakhya Express of 29th July, 2017 will run o­n diverted route via Samakhiali Jn. - Palanpur.
